An email is sent when projects are submitted within Risk Management Workbench. Each run generates an automated email. We need to add a user to that email. Where do I edit the email list for these notifications?
Hi @DJWanna
There is a NOTIFICATION field in the task sheet. The possible values are 0,1,3,4,5.
0 (default)
None: No email is sent.
1
Task Users: Email is sent to all users who are owners of the task.
3
Addresses: Email is sent to the email addresses that are listed in the NOTIFICATION PARAMETERS field.
4
Users: Email is sent to the user names that are listed in the NOTIFICATION PARAMETERS field. To use this value, ensure that email addresses are defined for the users in SAS Management Console.
5
Custom: Email is sent according to the notification rules that are specified in the NOTIFICATION PARAMETERS field.
If you have value has 3, then the list will be updated in the notification parameters field.
You can find this info in the RFW User guide as well. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the reply. Where would I find that notification parameter. I have been selecting everything in the GUI and can not find where this is set.
Hi there
The notification parameter is found in the Process Definition configuration file. You can find the configuration file in the same location on the file system as the RFW artefacts included with the CECL content. Please remember to make a copy of the original file before making changes.
Please refer to the RFW User Guide for more information. In particular the chapter Working with Process Definitions and the full description of the fields in the Tasks sheet in the chapter "Tasks Sheet Format" in Appendix 1.
Kind regards
