I dont know if it's possibe to access to a web services from SAS EG, Is it possible?

Your question is rather vague, but - PROC HTTP can access many kinds of web services, for example. See the documentation: http://documentation.sas.com/?docsetId=proc&docsetVersion=9.4&docsetTarget=n0bdg5vmrpyi7jn1pbgbje2at...

If you're willing to write some SAS code and use PROC HTTP, it's definitely possible and (in my opinion) kind of fun. Here are several blog posts that feature some examples.
