Hello,

I pulling quite a few Excel spreadsheets into SAS EG.  I have one particular spreadsheet that I just cannot import without EG posting an error that it encountered a problem......it is a shared spreadsheet.  I have attached the error.  Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I'd first check if there is anything weird in the column names that could be causing an issue (special characters, mostly).

If not, then it may be that it's a shared spreadsheet; I have had some issues with them before. Try saving a non-shared version of the same spreadsheet and seeing if that imports correctly.

Thank you for the response.  I did get the data to import.  Basically, I just ignored the error and kept shutting it and trying different ways to try and bypass.  I changed the default field range and that seemed to allow the data to import.  Weird.
