SAS Federation Server - Sanity Test

Hi, I am new to SAS, and need to know what is the best Sanity Test I can do to check if SAS federation Server is running fine and SAS Federation Server Rest API for external customers is also running fine.
if there is SAS documentation for exactly same. please refer. else if someone has easier way to test, please refer.
