./fluent-gem install fluent-plugin-multi-format-parser I have to install it from my ownlocal server , as my server is unable to reach rubygems.org so i downloaded it from rubgems and placed it in /tmp  what is the format to change this command,  ./fluent-gem install fluent-plugin-multi-format-parser  so that it can pick file from /tmp,  rubygems guides did not help either and confused me more,  anyone have any idea pls help. or if have installed gem plugins from local locations .. ... Hello Dear Community,  I am new SAS user and I am trying to install IBM Spectrum LSF 10.1.0.6 to monitor jobs on my sas servers but I am running into different errors.  I am trying to install this on my local machine. Please if someone has idea how to install this platform on your local machine to monitor jobs on different sas servers, Please let me know.  Few Questions that I have: SAS servers are on linux servers: In cluster settings in the very firs few steps of installation.
