Dear SAS communities,

we use campaign in CIStudio with channel

SAS Digital Marketing 6.4
Where is available to track clickthroughs from emails hypertext links - using table called resp0_xxx (where xxx is some sort of has for campaign executed as far i know)
 
Every clickthrough is counted like a charm except those that are clicked from MS Outlook.
 
Message is succesfully sent and received. 
 
ClickThrough works -> User gets to desired page.
 
Unfortunately, it does not appear as new record in previously mentioned table resp0_xxx, so our campaign workers are not available to determine whether it was clicked or not. 
 
In other Clients/Browsers was everything OK.
 
Last hotfix we installed was: U55013 - We use separate nodes for CM and DM server, both views of registry are attached to this question.

Hi there,

 

This is likely to be getting blocked by MS Outlook, if the same link works with other email clients. 

 

Please open a track with SAS Technical Support if you need further help.
