Resubscribe to e-mails on SAS CI360

Hi, we have a list of users who accidently clicked on the unsubscribe button and they can no longer receive e-mails.

What is the process to have these users resubscribe to receive e-mails again.

This is on SAS CI360

See the Update or Import Contact Preferences section of the CI360 Admin Guide for details on how to add or update records in the CONTACT_PREFERENCE table. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to Tech Support.
