I wrote my SAS A00-231: SAS 9.4 Base Programming -- Performance-based exam on Thursday 12/08/2021 in Accra-Ghana. But In the course of the exams (44mins to end of the paper), the internet connection at the test center was not responding and could not load the pearson vue system for the test again till the end of the day. In view of this, I could neither complete or submit my exam. I was expecting that i will receive a report on the questions answered but as at now, no report or history of exams is showing in my account as evidence that i took the test.

Please, how do these things work with SAS?

What do i need to do?

Thank you.

Hello @kofi_soothe ,

I'm sorry about the troubles at the test center. For issues at test center or remote proctoring with onVUE, it is best to reach out to Pearson VUE directly via the contact information at https://home.pearsonvue.com/sas/contact. There you will find contact information for your region and opportunities to use chat, email or phone. It may take them a few days to respond, but they are generally responsive. If you do not hear from them within 4 business days, please send a note to certification@sas.com with your Pearson support ticket number (IR Number). If you already have an IR number provided by the test center, provide that to Pearson when you reach out to them. I expect that they will provide you with an opportunity to retest.

Sincerely,

Mark

You should have contacted Pearson immediately if you had internet issues, if I recall they state that they will reschedule. They are where I would go first.
