Cert Exam Preps for Advanced Programming and Statistical Business Analyst

I am interested in the following 2 exams. 

1. Advanced Programming Using SAS 9.4 

2. Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS®9: Regression and Modeling exam.

Will the SAS University Edition be enough to help prepare for the 2 above mentioned exams, or will I need something more capable (e.g. SAS Viya) when doing the programming exercises.

Also, before I purchase the books and prep material, does anyone know if the exam contents of the above 2 exams will change before 2023?

Advanced programming professional and SBA are based on SAS 9.4, so working on Viya is not required.

Regarding changes before 2023, that's a long way off. While there may not be firm plans for updates, it is certainly a possibility.
