SAS Big data module 1 - Sensitivity

I am trying to understand why to choose sensitivity 85 ? Why not 95?

Suggestion: Run the code with different values of a parameter such as Sensitivity and observe in the Log such things as cpu usage and the actual outputs. If the parameter has defined limits pick one near each limit and another one or two values in between.
