While starting SAS Visual Analytics 9.4, it is not opening and a page loads which says "Authentication Failed:ticket 'ST-4699-TehDmAgNKefzW1zoZprj-cas is not recognized." The log file shows this error: org.jasig.cas.ticket.InvalidTicketException
I am attaching the screenshot. It will be helpful if anyone can suggest any solution to the error.
