Greetings all,

My background: I'm very new to SAS, but I'm a quick study and on my way to becoming certified. I work in a department that is just diving in to utilizing data to help increase retention for freshman.

Our needs: We want to use SAS VIYA to create a dashboard for our staff to target and track the progress of at risk students. I want this to be very dynamic, utilize machine learning to pinpoint the key factors in the data points that indicate a student will leave, and be granular enough to allow for a high level view when needed then down to an individual student.

Questions: Are any of you utilizing SAS in this way, what processes/analysis/data do you use, are there any better options to our needs that you can recommend?

Any feedback, suggestions, and tips are very much appreciated. Thanks!
