Hi.

 

I am trying to uninstall SAS9.4 on my computer.

I tried two ways -- using the Uninstall SAS Software task in the SAS deployment manager and doing in the slilent way (sasdm.exe -quiet -responsefile c:\myresponse_file). However, both ways got stuck on starting the deployment manager.

After selecting preferred language, the process got stuck on what is shown in the picture below for hours.

Java version:

java 12.0.2 2019-07-16
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 12.0.2+10)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 12.0.2+10, mixed mode, sharing)

Check the logs for any errors or warnings reported to better troubleshoot this issue. Paths can be found in the KB link shared by @angian
