SAS Studio Error:

studio error unable to connect to current works space server. select a different work space server.

 

java.lang.illegalState Exception: This credential is not longer valid.

 

I am getting this error randomly for users.

Configured 3 App Server on this SAS machine.

Is this on Windows or UNIX/Linux? Is the user able to login directly to the server?
