We’ve got SAS94_9C9HD6_70090301_Win_X64_Wrkstn file and ready to renew license. After went through program -> SAS -> renew SAS software 9.4 -> run as administrator and entered credential, there was no pop-up window to allow enter the renewal file name on my laptop. Our IT help team tried using DOS comments, but it couldn’t help. We’ve changed a new laptop with window 10 operating system and re-installed SAS last October; renewal on some laptops are successful, but I need help. We are using SAS 9.4 TS Level 1M5 , see details in the attached file. Thanks,

Hi @nnl3256,
since you have an Environment newer then M2, you have to use the SAS Deployment Manager to update your License.

Just run it as Administrator and select "Apply SAS Foundation license file for renewal "
