We have a Viya 4 environment that is in LTS 2022.1
License has expired. And we receive new license from SAS.
However, the 2022.1 license is not anymore in my.sas.com
Only available are
2023.03 and 2022.09
Can we use the license from 2022.09 to renew order for 2022.1?

The license is not release specific so you should be able to use the license from a supported release.
A correction on this response, it is possible that licenses change from version to version, so you should update to a supported version, using the associated license too.

We tried to renew using the license in a more recent release and worked fine successfully.
