SAS EMiner - could not find a valid SAS environment to use

Hello Team,

I have installed the SAS Eminer 15.3 client version in the Citrix environment on Windows 2019 server machine, the installation has been done successfully. But when we tried to open the Eminer, the following window has been appeared.

When I checked the sas-environment url in the browser, the page has displayed correctly.

Also  checked the sassw.config file and the SASENVIRONMENTURL parameter has been set fine.

Can someone help us in solving this issue.

This SAS note indicates that message means the client can't validate the server. If SASENVIRONMENTSURL is set correctly you may need to engage technical support.
