The following problem was encountered while configuring SAS EM Mid_Tier error creating directory

Hi All,

Could anyone help me regarding SAS Add in EM on existing environment M3? 

The steps I took for adding EM in existing EM are:
1) Stop All SAS services
2) Install binaries of EM using Additional Software option on SAS Deployment Wizard
3) Start SAS Metadata service manually
4) And during configuration of EM Midtier error creating directory msg shown  (For more information I attached error screenshot)

In log file I found this:
"D:\Program Files\SASHome\SASEnterpriseMinerMidTier\14.1\config\dminemid_config.xml:3325: The following error occurred while executing this line:
D:\Program Files\SASHome\SASDeploymentManager\9.4\products\cfgwizard__94400__prt__xx__sp0__1\Utilities\loadMetadata.xml:3275: Metadata deployment failed - D:\SAS\Config\Lev1\Web\Temp\dminemid.appxml

Your attachment doesn't appear to work. Did you make any progress on this?
