Hi All,

 

During the SAS Mid-tier install  SAS WIP load content is failing. See the ERROR below.

It worked on other machine with same response files property but it is  failing in different machine (same settings across all machines )

 

Stage 12: Load Content
E 1 - SAS Web Infrastructure Platform
2 - SAS HTML Application Themes
3 - SAS Environment Manager Mid-Tier

 

The following problem was encountered while configuring SAS Web Infrastructure

and seen SASSerevr1_1 logs and found the Warnings and ERRORs as well.

I have resolved this by doing uninstall --> delete cache(clear,home,temp,etc) -->install it again

May I know how you deleted cache?
Which contents of home and temp folders were deleted?
is it the home folder of the SAS Install User and the /tmp?
