Hil folks,

We have a primary server, on Linux. We also have 2 horizontal clusters for Mid-tier. Sometimes, the following situation occurs, even after a fresh services restart:

1. Open SAS VA page without problem:

2. But then, when I enter on Administration page, or any other, a 404 error page appears. The only solution, when it's happends, is stop the cluster server, keeping only primary server up.

Regards,

Hi @MariaD

Was the setup working earlier without any issues? Does this happen only for web application instance hosting VA or for other apps as well? Do you see any error in web-server logs?

Everything finished well during the configuration process. We only had an error about email server. Now, I'm reconfigure, from scratch, one of the web node to revalidate. Let's you know when finish it.
