SAS Deployment Manager Blank Summary Page

Dear All,

 

We are updating the host-name using SAS Deployment Manager, The summary page showing blank  and I can't see any modules. However I can see all the config files are available under Lev1.  Please advise?

Hi @japsas100 

 

In this case I recommend you open a track with SAS Tech Support.

What version of SAS are you using? You can review this KB document if it helps.

It also states to raise a technical support track with required information.
