Hi folks,
We recently update our SAS Server to 9.4 M7 (last version was M6). After upgrade, when a user tried to access SAS Studio the following error appear:
You do not have access to this SAS Studio feature
The user has "SAS Studio: Usage" role associated. We alse created an additional role with SAS Studio Mid-Tier 3,81 capabilities (Access SAS Studio and Access SAS Studio Reports). We added this role but the problem persist.
We find the note: https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Analytics-U/Problem-login-in-to-sas-studio-since-the-upgrade/td-p... but the problem persists (we cleared the cache, enter with incognito, nothing).
Any suggestion?
Hi @JuanS_OCS ,
Thanks. We made a new configuration (new "sasconfig"), so only the new version is on it.

Hi @MariaD
By default SASUSERS group is assigned SAS Studio: Usage role which means any user registered in SMC should have access to SAS Studio. Are you facing this issue only for this particular user or others as well? Did you try to login as admin user account and see similar issue or not?

Pg: 16 Adding Users to the SAS Studio: Usage Role
Hi @AnandVyas ,
It's happened for all users. I've just created a new one to test and the same error occurs. I already create a SAS Ticket Support but nothing until yet. The TS asked to create a new group with SAS Studio roles but still the same.

Hello MariaD
1.Try restarting webservices or better the SAS server. If that does not solve then try step 2.
2. Logging in to SAS studio connects you to SAS Logon Service. We need to test this.
Check to see if you are able to log in to the SAS Stored Process web interface..
If you are not able to log in to it (in addition to SASStudio) then there could be an issue with SASLogon.
Provide the logs to SAS Tech Support for help
