Good afternoon community.

I am presenting a problem when entering the web applications.

After placing the credentials, it does not pass the screen that indicates that it is starting.

This problem only occurs with Web applications.

The credentials are validated correctly, this was validated by placing an error in the password and the message indicating the password error is seen on the screen.

I would like to know if you have ever seen this problem.

Thanks.

It may not be an authentication issue.
I suggest you open a ticket with SAS Technical Support.

Hello,

I guess you are using SAS VIYA 3.5(+).

Probably some SAS-services are down (not ready).

Do you get a '404 Not Found Error' on SASStudioV or SASDrive or SASEnvironmentManager or SASVisualAnalytics or ...?

What is your OS?

[ EDIT ] : I haven't opened the attached PDF .

Good Morning.

In this case the installation is 9.4 M7, the operating system is Linux Red Hat.

The services start without problems.

It is possible to access the Web application to enter the credentials.

The problem occurs after entering the credentials, as seen in the following image:

The credentials are validated correctly, this was verified by entering an incorrect username and password.

Thanks.

Hello

Are you connecting to SAS Stored Process Server ?

If yes then try restarting the midtier.
What do the logs say?

Hi.

The connection test is carried out correctly, as shown in the following image:

testConnectSSS.JPG

Yes, the SAS services were restarted, the server was also restarted.

Which log file do you recommend I review? So far I have reviewed several and in none appears an error.

Thanks.

I would take a look at the logs for SAS Server 1 (Lev1/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer1_1/logs) and the SASLogon application specifically (Lev1/Web/Logs/SASServer1_1) to see if they are reporting an error.

Good Morning.

Checking the server.log file of the following path (Lev1/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer1_1/logs) we encountered this error:

logserverp11.jpg

And the following warning message:

Thank you.

Hi.

The SAS Support department told me to follow the steps in this note:

64488 - Updating to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x, 7.x, 8.x kernel 3.10.0-957.21.3.el7.x86_64 causes ...

After applying Workaround 1 the problem was solved.

Thanks.
