I am Unable to access Sas servers, I am getting Error Like

Input / Output Error.

Please help in sorting this issue.

We are unable to open SAS Viya Weblink because of this,

Please provide me the Solution for this .

Is Viya installed on premise, or provided from the cloud as SaaS?

If the former, who installed it?

Also provide a screenshot of the message, so we can get a feel for where it happens.
