Could someone please explain to me where I can find the SAS IRM server logs and IRM logs.

The server logs are on the mid-tier under a path similar to /sso/biconfig/940/Lev1/Web/WebAppServer

The task logs are within the federated area and easiest accessed via the IRM UI - just right-click on the node for which you want to get the log.
