HTTP OPTION and HTTP DELETE methos enabled

We are getting rapid 7 vulnerabilities for HTTP DELTE and HTTP OPTIONS method enables in all our SAS servers. Is there a way we can disable these? We are using  SAS9.4M6 on AIX platform

As far as I can say, disabling those HTTP request methods will lead to SAS failure so I strongly advise to not disabling them..
