Ive read in other posts that in order to solve this error I need to access ODBC.ini but I am unfamiliar with where this is.

Full Error:

ERROR: CLI error trying to establish connection: [SAS][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver]Socket closed. : [SAS][ODBC SQL Server
Wire Protocol driver][SQL Server]Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows

Ok, if you have your SAS deployment in Windows then the ODBC configuration is in Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> ODBC Data Source and search your SAS datasource
