Hi Kathy,   Since it happened after re-starting your server, it sounds like some sort of configuration issue.  However, I suggest continuing to work with SAS Tech Support on this one.  Providing the full SAS log and EG log should help them debug (they can provide instructions for retrieving).   Casey ...
