Many thanks for your reply. I can create an academic on-demand account. I have thought such as other academic solvers, like CPLEX, SAS/OR is a stand-alone software to install on a local machine, but it is a cloud-based software. Dear community team,   I hope you be fine. I am working on an optimization model and as the model is a bit complicated, I would like to solve that using the decomposition method. After googling, I found that SAS has an optimization engine that can perform the decomposition method automatically.
