Hello and thanks for your question! Someone else might have a better solution, but have you tried adding a filter on your TreatmentCenter data item? For example, if your filter selects only treatment centers A and B, then that should dramatically reduce the number of rows and paths in the diagram, but you could still determine how often a patient at center B had been to center A before.
