Check: -If SAS servers are up and running. -If you have GRID in your environment, check if your GRID services are up and running. -Check if your compute server credentials has expired/changed, Metadata Server should be fine as you seem to have logged on to the SAS client. -Check if you have necessary permissions - ACT's and User Groups.
