I just tried this on my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, which is using Android version 7.0 and was able to open the reports.  When I tried to update the phone it says my current software is up to date, so I was unable to update to 7.1.1.  Let me try to help trouble shoot for you.  What phone are you using with your Android 7.1.1?  Which report were you trying to open?     Reply with a a private message so we can take this troubleshooting off the main page.   Thanks   Steve   ...
