I have found out that Proc pscore supports neither the random forest model nor the gradient boosting model. https://go.documentation.sas.com/?docsetId=edmug&docsetTarget=p0t1l5scv87yoqn1m13rzx6yy45g.htm&docsetVersion=3.2&locale=en

Hi Guyz, I have built a forecasting model but somehow no matter what changes I make to the model like adding events (holidays), changing the seasonality the results seem to be higher values as compared to actuals. Whereas If I use R to build the forecasting models they are providing better results. Is there any particular series of steps I am missing out or should I consider exploring to improve the SAS forecasting model?

Can someone explain to me how to use Event Occurrence and Reoccurrence effectively to include the effect of floating holidays say "Memorial Day" it keeps on changing every year right? Also, if a federal holiday is on Sunday...we have to include the next day as a holiday too right?

I'm not familiar with SAS Forecasting Studio, but have done some work with identifying various holidays. Take a look at http://www.sascommunity.org/wiki/Sometimes_One_Needs_an_Option_with_Unusual_Dates and see if it might provide the solution you're seeking.

Forecast Studio supports only one time interval per each project. You cannot have both in the same project.
I think you proceed in two ways:
Create daily forecasts and then accumulate them to a monthly frequency outside Forecast Studio. I suggest you look at the SAS Studio Time Serie Data Preparation task to have an idea of how to do that. Once you have your code to do that, you can create a report
You can create two projects: one with monthly frequency and one with daily frequency (change the interval option for the TIME variable options in the project setup). If you need you forecasts to agree you will need to find some way to reconcile them. Since you have Forecast Studio for desktop the HPFTEMPRECON procedure is not available to you. You will need to come up with some create way to do that.
