We currently have two seperate SAS environemts, one running SAS 9.1 and the other 9.2. I am attempting to transfer an OLAP cube from one to the other but there is a user defined format which does not exist in the 9.2 environment and is therefore causing an error. We have recently both upgraded from SAS 9.1 to 9.2 and completely changed our library structure. I am now attempting to get an Excel spreadsheet created in our previous environment to workin the new one. I have re-created the source table but it is now in a different library. Whenever I try to access/modify the data coming into the spreadsheet I get an error telling me the library cannot be found (which I know!). Is there a way of amending the source data? ... View more

Unsure if this is the best place to post this question but there doesn't seem to be an area specific to DI/OLAP Studio. Our library structure will soon be changing and I am trying to determine whether existing OLAP cubes can be 're-pointed' to use source tables in different locations. I have an excel created dashboard which I want to link to a Web Report Studio created, cube based report. I have been trying to use the 'hyperlink' function in Exel by opening the report in WRS and then copying and pasting the address in the browser, in this case as below (some details removed): "http://_________.___.___.gov.uk:8080/SASWebReportStudio/launchReportViewer.do?reportAccessMechanism=REPORT_ACCESS_MECHANISM_CURRENT_REPORT" However, once I have closed WRS and try to use the link I am taken to the WRS log-on screen and, then asked which report I would like to open. What I need is for the Excel sheet to link straight to a particular WRS report. Is there a way this can be done? If so how do I obtain the link to use in the Excel sheet? Thanks ... View more

Can anyone tell me how I can add percentages to my pie charts in Web Report Studio? The only option available in "Graph Properties" is show data values, which puts total volumes for each slice on my chart. I want these represented as percentages of the pie. This option is available in EG but seems to have been ommitted from WRS. Also, there is no option to change the colours ofthe slices which means I am stuck with what WRS decides I should have.
