Your screen shot itself showing that "No Profile selected", Thses few steps you can check for trubleshooting: First please select a correct profile with correct metadata server hostname, port and username, if you have not created it than create the connection profile After selecting set active on profile, if it is connected and still you can not see the SASApp server, than it maybe networking issue Check the connectivity to SAS Server with telnet command in windows cmd.
