@JamesPower4 - Appreciate your kind words. I suggest SAS Tech Support is your best option. The problem is there have been a lot of different versions of Access over the years and the same with SAS so figuring out what works with what is a bit of a minefield.

Many thanks for the quick reply. I do believe it's OK, but just to be safe I want to find out if anyone has encountered corruption of their datasets.

Sounds like you simply need to change your predictors from binary variables, to continuous predictors that are estimates of the total light exposure and total flood (and/or ebb) exposure.
