Hi Silvia, There is only one url needed for all users. (At least in our situation) depending on the metadata set-up per user in the management console, the different users get different roles and rights. These roles and right wil give you the options and/or data access you are allowed to use. hope this helps a little. greetings Peter

Hi reeza, please check the free sas va web testversion on the sas website. 1 Full web based, no problem sharing work. 2 Check the demo or the documentation for your expectations. 3 No programming, everything there in the web application. 4 Yes corporate theme can by integrated for everyone at once. 1 There is a viewer user setup that only allows viewing via the web, so no problem. 2 No problem with sas va, even over multiple tabs. (Check te demo version) 3 Easy to start because of web availability. go for the demo version or invite sas for a demo. please do not expect objective compares, this can only be done by your self because every ones expectations and/or needs are different. I am a VA user and never regretted this, but that can be different for other users.!! Greetings and good luck.

Hi Silvia, there are several grafics with time axis where you can use dates as x-axis. the dates should be imported and accepted as a date format. You can set the display format yourselves. if not, there is something wrong with the field that represents your dates. i am not sure if you need a sample here. greetings and success. Peter.

Hi Silin, dates are represented in a date format but at the end they are just a number. So you can decide for yourselves if you want a date format or transform the date to a number and use a numeric format. (Using a new calculated field) question is, what is your goal to reach using the available tools. hope this helps a little. greetings

Hi Rasmus, I solved this issue once appending the data tables. set the forecast value to 0 for the actuals and set prodID to blank/zero. set the actual value to 0 for the forecast. append the data allowing you to report both situations and combined on category level. but all of this outside of va. greetings Peter

Hello Filip, You are right that this is not possible in one crosstable. (Date format can not be changed in the way you/I want). I am not shure about version 7 (I get it next month) but I Know there is a development request making the YTD not only depending on dates) Lets see if it is in a next release. For now, only option would be to put two tables besides each other if your dates are running equal in VA. ( As far as I can see now.) Other option is to prefix the data.... greetings

Filip, If you derive the year out of the dates (new calculated item), you can use this field in a bar-graph to stick the two bar together and compare them. While changing the date format to monthday, you can create your barlabels with these in relation to the created year field. If needed, I could prepare a sample for you. Greetings

Thanks Michelle, sadly no plans yet to go to SASGF15 yet, but who knows.... Some users (including me..haha) are starting up a VA user-group together with Local SAS here in the Netherlands. The first planned meeting should be March, so there is work to do. Greetings
