Hi Warch, There is a way to do this using parameters. Assign your year selection to a parameter using text input. Now create two calculated field (act and last year) and fill them if year of date equals selected year or year before. Hi there, please consider to split up your list table in multiple list tables. start on the left side with one of the most common report fields. Hello Bharath, I do agree that this is not possible Please consider what would be the meaning of restricting "unrestricted" users.  Its all about protection and security, and Unrestricted is Unrestricted. Bharath, thats not true, it can be done verry simple. Create two user groups in the SAS Man. Console    (Edit folder xxxx   and Read folder xxxx). In the folders tab, you create a new set of folders that reflect your business  (like departments or infoarea's ) Now assign "Read MetaData" and "Read"  to the Read folder xxxx and of cource all the options for the Edit folder xxxx. Do not forget to unmark all the options for the SASUSERS. Now assigning users to the groups, will give them the read or edit rights on the folder AND ON THE REPORTS inside. So the persons with Edit rights can copy reports inside, the others can only read them.   (I use departmental restrictions like this) Can not get a picture in now, sorry for that.  (system does not upload !!! ) greetings  Peter ...
