Hi Guys, @LinusH, I'm all familiar with S2 and have been following them and SAS's integration for a while now. But in the recent years, I've seen more and more customers of SAS shifting to Open-Source Software (OSS) and trying to reduce their Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software license fees. Hi @fja  knowing your environment is based on Citrix technology/platform, your options are limited by the user settings/profile your Citrix Administration Team associate/attach to your user ID. This is one of the attractive security feature of Citrix, and it can be one of the most restricting/limiting/frustrating feature for users!    You'll need to work with Citrix Admin Team, meyby through your manager,  in order to resolve your access issues. What you need to think about and look into: Once you establish a connection to the SAS server -- You would have a process running on a Server under your Network ID What can the SAS Server see? Which Network drives/folders are set-up by default Can the SAS Server access the internet (Directly or via Proxy)? Can the SAS Server access other Servers on the same network? What can your Network ID see while logged into the SAS Server? Which Network drives/folders your ID can access? Does your ID have access to the internet (Directly or via Proxy) from the SAS Server? Can your ID access other Servers on the same network from the SAS Server? @fja , The way I would debug this would be in isolation from SAS software - Native Linux/Unix approach: 1. Open a Terminal window connected to the SAS Linux server. You can do this via any SSH client software, alternatively you can use the SSH command from the windows CMD window c:\> ssh <userID>@<SASServerName> 2. Once you logged into the SAS Server, at the prompt try to run the git clone command to test:  - Ability to connect to external sites (Some System Admins suppress this ability due to security mandates! Others force you to use a Proxy server as a gateway to connect to external sites) - Your credentials are permitted to connect/authenticate to the GitHub repository 3. Once the two above tests pass, then you try to do the same from within SAS using SAS's gitfn_* functions.    This way it should be clear where the issue is, rather than getting mixed signals 🙂   Hope this helps ... Hi @CuriousCanDo  It's faster and cheaper compute if you use either LOWCASE() or UPCASE() function to convert the case of the static string you searching for in order to match the stored text case in your data set. Single conversion instead of 25 Millions as it is in your case! Hi @Stu_SAS , Thank you for the videos links, they are all great, and despite my current subscription to the following SAS YouTube channels  https://www.youtube.com/@SASUsers https://www.youtube.com/@SASSoftware It feels their contents don't get enough exposure/mention within the user community, or maybe there are not enough content creators on the internet to promote the capabilities of the software when compared to other competitor products.   Granted - the Access to "Commercial vs. Open-Source" software is major factor at play here, but that shouldn't limit the production of such promotional contents, after all, SAS Institute still offers 14 days trial for SAS Viya , and has Free SAS Viya for Learners. If Viya for Learners is a "Frozen Version" of SAS Viya, then it could be considered as disadvantage especially when comparing it to Tableau Public and it's periodically upgraded versions.  ... @hopeless  As you can see from the output you got, SAS/ACCESS to Netezza is not licensed! hence your Libname Error message. You may try the SAS/ACCESS Interface to ODBC to connect to Netezza, but that may not yield the best of results/performance. It's something rather than nothing, I guess ... View more
