I am running a proc phreg statement modeling outcome with time with only one variable in the model. Since the time variable span from 0-24 months, would it be possible to adjust the statement below to get the HR at different time points e.g. (6 m, or 12 m)?

proc phreg data=;
   class drug (ref='1') / param=ref;
   model period*outcome(0)= drug  / risklimits;
run;

I'm not an expert in survival analysis but, from the doc, the BASELINE statement with the TIMELIST option might be what you need.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
