I have data like:

patient  ID      result

0004     1        5

0004     1        8

0005     5       15

0005     5       18

0006     7       25

0006     7       28

How to get intra-observer variability?

Is there any paper?

Thanks!

Are you talking about the Kappa type measure?

If so, you can try PROC FREQ

You can search lexjansen.com for more details.
