Which statistical procedure helps me to find the effect of drugs

Dear Experts,

I have a clinical data of diabetic patients. I need to prove which set of drugs influenced more in reduction of Hba1c values. The data has been classified into two categorical variables (Label & Drug).

Here I attached the sample data for your reference. Kindly suggest which type of procedure will help us.

Label - Cluster group

Drug - Type of drugs (use Drug1 as reference if it required in analysis)

Fv_Hba -    1st visited test value

Fol1_Hba - 2nd visited test value

diff = (Fv_Hba  - Fol1_Hba)
