Using %NLINMIX macro

I am trying to use %NLINMIX macro to fit a nonlinear mixed models using PROC NLIN and PROC MIXED; but I am having difficulties. The following are the error messages:

ERROR: Out of memory.

ERROR: Cannot open %INCLUDE file

ERROR: %INCLUDE has encountered an I/0/ error.

What version of SAS and SAS/STAT are you using?  Can you share the model you are trying to fit, and how much data you have?
