Hi, I'm looking to setup a two part model within SAS. I have a large dataset with a large amount of 0's within it (payments). I know that there is a command to do this within Stata (tpm) but I'd rather code this in SAS since I'm much more familiar with it. Any help would be great.

Look at procedures genmod (SAS/STAT), countreg (SAS/ETS) and fmm (SAS/STAT).
