Hello,

 

Would anyone know of a SAS program for caclulation of sample size re-estimation and conditional power?

The procedure SEQDESIGN has a couple of examples of sample size estimation under different accrual methods, and is your most likely candidate.  SEQTEST does actual testing and could be used in a simulation setting with various sample sizes to estimate conditional power.
