t time obs has correlation with t-1 time obs .

Because within each SUBJECT(or group) , obs have correlation ( G-side or R-side random effect),
Not like GLM obs assuming NOT correlation (fixed effect) .

E.X.
The students from good school tended to enter colleague . while bad tended to not enter colleague.

Anyone else? If I want to use Analysis of Variance for a project with time as a fixed factor, instead of repeated measures ANOVA, why this is a bad idea?
