How can I find R^2 in Output when I'm calculating LD?

Can someone help me with the commands?

Add the CORRCOEF option to the PROC ALLELE statement. The statistic produced is R, not R^2. See Example 3.2: Computing Linkage Disequilibrium Measures for SNP Data of the ALLELE procedure documentation.
