R^2 Command for finding LD HELP!

How can I find R^2 in Output when I'm calculating LD?

Can someone help me with the commands?

what procedure(s) are you using OR post your code?

Add the CORRCOEF option to the PROC ALLELE statement. The statistic produced is R, not R^2. See Example 3.2: Computing Linkage Disequilibrium Measures for SNP Data of the ALLELE procedure documentation.
