Good evening,

I have 2 very simple datasets that have limited information in them.

File 1: Main file (named temp.CEO_FILE) of firms that hired a CEO. Variables are named: Company_Name, Size_millions, Year, and Industry

File 2: Control file (named OTHER_FILE) of all firms who did not hire a CEO.

I am trying to match my firms who hired a CEO to a similar firm in the same year and industry who did not hire a CEO.

I've tried the PSMatch but I admit I am struggling to make sense of any of it.... any help would be great.

Thank you kindly!

If you provide some sample data and post the SAS program that does not work, that would be helpful.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
