Hello,
I wonder how to visualize the posterior predictive distribution used for imputation in PROC MI, in case the LIKELIHOOD=AUGMENT option was used, as I believe this does not concide with the posterior predictive distribution employed when likelihood estimates are valid (the latter would be obtained through PROC MCMC).
Moreover, how can I perform posterior predictive check in SAS in this case ?

Thanks,

Simone

I am not sure there is any good way to do this.  The normal way would be to use Proc MCMC as you mentioned, but because you are using AUGMENT=LIKELIHOOD, that no longer is an option.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
